Items Raised by Residents Associations: The possibility of the future reduction in the number of dwellings per hectare to take into account Government s strategy on housing. Sensible parking provision for new developments. If new facilities are added to an existing housing scheme such as a new school or supermarket etc will the building density and /or open space provision remain the same Appropriate access provision on new and existing housing developments for utility commercial and emergency vehicles. (These were items raised by Norman Lightfoot of Tavistock Road & Stratfield Close RA at the last meeting.) 3. Planning Services re-structure update by Patsy Dell 4.
