Contents : Subject: Furious about assessment: Cordillera Transition Connections Elise as a home owner and NON MEMBER I am absolutely furious about the $500.00 extra assessment the HOA "approved" to be paid by all Cordillera homeowners. Please read my comments in this email (stroll down). I also would like to know how many of these decision making Board members are Club Members. I remember clearly that not too long ago we had an email assuring nonmembers they would not have to pay for the members interest. I requested the CTC communication emails starting in October 2010 to trace that one back have not received it yet...The HOA is not a Bank and should not be in the business of providing "loans with contingencies" to separate entities. Thanks for your support! I am planning to talk to the Pres. of the HOA because we non members should NOT pay for a loan benefiting the Members. I also wonder how many of these Board members who made the decision on the assessment are Club members..And $800 000 for the CTC/2011 is just outrageously high! I am all for job creation but not out of my pocket! Could you Please post my protests on the website! I am OUTRAGED that the CTC wiggled his way in the HOA and that every non member has to pay $500.00 more in dues for 2011 so the CTC can spent up to $800 000 for talking talking and more talking on behalf of the CLUB MEMBERS! I understand it is a "loan" contingent to the (im)possiblities of finding other "funding" sources.The Wilhelms hardly recognize the CTC's efforts anyway is what I read 2 weeks ago.
