Monday 12:00 pm Body Defined Changed to Summer Body Blast Tuesday 10:30 am Vinyasa Yoga - Changed to 75 min Wednesday 9:15 am Core Changed to Bikini Abs 9:30 am 20/20/20 - Changed to Zumba Express 10:00 am Cardio Kickboxing Express - Added Thursday 6:15 am Body Defined Last class March 15th 10:30 am Slow Flow Yoga Last class March 15th 5:15 pm Body Defined Changed to Summer Body Blast 6:30 pm Intro and Ride Last class March 15th 8:30 pm Body Attack Express Last class March 15th Friday 7:00 am Core Changed to Bikini Abs 10:30 am Intermediate Pilates Changed to 45 min. 6:30 pm Slow Flow Yoga Changed to 60 min.
