March 5 2008 March 26 2008 April 2 2008 TTC recommends approval of draft analysis & finding subject to receipt of no adverse comments in public review. April 16 2008 MPO approval of conformity analysis and finding for public review & comment. April 18 May 2 2008 Public Review Period May 3-6 2008 May 7 2008 VDOT/HRPDC staff review and draft responses to comments received if any. If adverse comments are received TTC reviews responses and as appropriate recommends approval of the draft conformity analysis and finding. May 21 2008 May 28 2008 MPO approval of conformity analysis and finding. MPO approval letter issued. VDOT transmits final Conf.Analysis to FHWA for federal review & conf. finding. Federal review period begins (up to 45 days). July 5 2008 Federal (FHWA/FTA) conformity finding. 5
