Contents : Assalamu alaikum Dear Attendees of MAS Tarbiya Annual Meeting-South 2009 We are so excited to welcome you to the TAM and eager to see the smiling faces of our dear brothers and sisters. Here is some logistical information for you to aid you in planning your trip this weekend. Hotel Information: Doubletree Dallas/Richardson (Same place as last year with a new name) 1981 North Central Expressway Richardson Texas 75080 Tel: 1-972-644-4000 Fax: 1-972-644-0135 Click for the hotel's website Please arrive at the hotel at 7pm on Friday October 30 to check into the TAM and pick up your name badge and meeting materials and also to check into your hotel room. The first session will begin at 9pm on Friday and the Children's Program will be available then. Please plan on staying until 12pm on Sunday. Contact Information: If you have any needs or requests regarding the hotel please contact Ibrahim Alhayak (alhayek i@yahoo.com). He's the only person designated to communicate with the hotel on our behalf. If you are flying in from out of town you must send your itinerary information to Bilal Rabbani (781-249-7972 rabbani13@yahoo.com) to arrange a ride to/from the airport as there is not a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Please be aware that there are two airports in the DFW metroplex: DFW and Love Field.
