Contents : SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO SAN BERNARDINO DISTRICT THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COURT CASE NO Plaintiff vs. William John Postmus Gregory Scott Eyler Defendants ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) FELONY COMPLAINT The undersigned is informed and believes that: COUNT 1 On or about between January 1 2007 through February 13 2009 in the above named judicial district the crime of GRAND THEFT in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 487(a) a felony was committed by William John Postmus who on and between January 1 2007 and February 13 2009 and while said defendant was an agent servant and employee of San Bernardino County did unlawfully take from said San Bernardino County money and personal property of a value exceeding Four Hundred Dollars ($400). ***** COUNT 2 On or about between January 1 2007 through February 13 2009 in the above named judicial district the crime of PUBLIC OFFICER CRIME in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 424 a felony was committed by William John Postmus who being a person described in Penal Code section 424 charged with the receipt safekeeping transfer and distribution of public moneys did in a manner not incidental and minimal without authority of law appropriate the same and a portion thereof to personal use and the use of another. ***** COUNT 3 On or about between January 8 2007 through January 16 2009 in the above named judicial district the crime of GRAND THEFT in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 487(a) a Page 1 Complaint DA CASE NO: 2009-00-0028895 felony was committed by Greg Scott Eyler who on and between January 8 2007 and January 16 2009 and while said defendant was an agent servant and employee of San Bernardino County did unlawfully take from said San Bernardino County money and personal property of a value exceeding Four Hundred Dollars ($400). ***** COUNT 4 On or about between January 8 2007 through January 16 2009 in the above named judicial district the crime of PUBLIC OFFICER CRIME in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 424 a felony was committed by Greg Scott Eyler who being a person described in Penal Code section 424 charged with the receipt safekeeping transfer and distribution of public moneys did in a manner not incidental and minimal without authority of law appropriate the same and a portion thereof to personal use and the use of another. ***** COUNT 5 On or about between September 12 2008 and January 15 2009 in the above named judicial district the crime of PUBLIC OFFICER CRIME in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 424 a felony was committed by William John Postmus who being a person described in Penal Code section 424 charged with the receipt safekeeping transfer and distribution of public moneys did in a manner not incidental and minimal without authority of law appropriate the same and a portion thereof to wit an AT&T Wireless Air-Card to personal use and the use of another. ***** COUNT 6 On or about between February 26 2007 and March 22 2007 in the above named judicial district the crime of GRAND THEFT in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 487(a) a felony was committed by William John Postmus who on and between February 26 2007 and March 22 2007 and while said defendant was an agent servant and employee of San Bernardino County did unlawfully take from said San Bernardino County money and personal property to wit Southwest Airline Airfare of a value exceeding Four Hundred Dollars ($400). ***** Page 2 Complaint DA CASE NO: 2009-00-0028895 COUNT 7 On or about between February 26 2007 and March 22 2007 in the above named judicial district the crime of PUBLIC OFFICER CRIME in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 424 a felony was committed by William John Postmus who being a person described in Penal Code section 424 charged with the receipt safekeeping transfer and distribution of public moneys did in a manner not incidental and minimal without authority of law appropriate the same and a portion thereof to wit Southwest Airline Airfare to personal use and the use of another. ***** COUNT 8 On or about between June 20 2006 through July 5 2006 in the above named judicial district the crime of PUBLIC OFFICER CRIME in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 424 a felony was committed by William John Postmus who being a person described in Penal Code section 424 charged with the receipt safekeeping transfer and distribution of public moneys did in a manner not incidental and minimal without authority of law appropriate the same and a portion thereof to wit the purchase of gasoline to personal use and the use of another. ***** COUNT 9 On or about March 28 2009 in the above naved judicial district the crime of PERJURY BY DECLARATION in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 118 a felony was committed by William John Postmus being a person who testified declared deposed and certified under penalty of perjury in a case in which such tes
