A former member of the Monteverdi Choir &The Sixteen Thomas studied at the Royal College of Music in London & at 29 signed a five album deal with UCJ releasing her debut album of Baroque repertoire in 2007. GARDAR THOR CORTES NESSUN DORMA' Gardar Thor Cortes is an Anglo-Icelandic classical & crossover tenor. A former child actor Cortes won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music London and later trained as a singer in Vienna Copenhagen & London. He has performed various leading roles including Raoul in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera but is perhaps best known for his classical crossover albums featuring a selection of contemporary classical tracks. An uplifting tale about the power of music The Chorus premiered at the Berlin Film Festival & made a rare impression for a foreign language film at the Academy Awards with two Nominations. The music written by Bruno Coulais features vocals by Jean-Paul Bonnaire & Les Petits Chanteurs de Saint-Marc Choir. 1 RYANDAN LIKE THE SUN' RyanDan are an American musical duo featuring identical twins Ryan & Dan Kowarsky. Born in Cincinnati in 1979 & now living in Canada Ryan & Dan boldly marched into the offices of Sony Music in Toronto at the tender age of 18 & walked out with a record deal. Their self titled debut album a mix of pop opera & classical repertoire achieved international critical acclaim & entered the British album chart in the top ten. WILLIAM ORBIT PAVANE POUR UNE INFANTE DFUNTE' William Orbit is a British musician & record producer perhaps best known to most for his work on Madonna's album 'Ray of Light' which received four Grammy Awards. He has also co-produced several other albums including '13' for Brit pop act 'Blur' & also remixed other tracks on the album. He specialises in atmospheric keyboard electronica although much of his work also features accomplished guitar playing. C MUSIC TV CLOSE UP AMY DICKSON 'TAVENER GLASS & NYMAN' Australian born saxophonist Amy Dickson is recognized widely for her distinctive tone & exceptional musicality. Amy has performed around the world in venues from London's Wigmore Hall to Sydney's Opera House. Making her debut at just 16 playing the Dubois Concerto with Henryk Pisarek Dickson won the James Fairfax Australian Young Artist of the Year award & has released two critically acclaimed albums with RCA / Sony Music 'Smile' (2008) & 'Glass Tavener & Nyman' (2009).
