Contents : Computerised Cataloguing of Historical Art The Master s degree aims to train professionals with expertise in the computerised cataloguing of historical art and library assets in line with the regulations the technical-scientific criteria and the standards laid down by national and regional law for the cataloguing and enhancement of the cultural heritage. With this in mind the Master s will combine the traditional training methods in historical art and library assets with the use of new information technologies. The in-depth studies called for by the course will also promote the direct comparison of national and international institutions operating in the cataloguing sector to provide the candidate with an orientation also in terms of future professional employment.
