On the 8th March 2007 Blackfen Parade was officially announced as the location for Bexley's nomination for London's Capital Clean Up Campaign involving Community Payback. The alleyway to the rear of Blackfen Parade has had a history of Anti Social Behaviour underage drinking drug use and criminal damage including Graffiti. What follows is a visual representation of how this area changed through London's Capital Clean Up Campaign culminating with the Clean Up Day public event on the 16th June 2007... 3 The local area 4 The roles of Partners Communicate with residents traders and businesses. Explain the process involved with the Clean Up Campaign. Identifying the areas causing the greatest concern. Communicating with external companies involved. Primary Environmental Visual Audit 5th February 2007. Organised meetings to ensure schedules and roles were clearly defined. Some off the partners were: Bexley Safer Community Partnership Safer Neighbourhoods - Blendon & Penhill ward & London Probation Community Payback. 5
